Paper Submission

Please read the following instructions carefully before submitting your paper:

1. Submit your electronic paper (Acrobat pdf format) in standard IEEE format (double column, font 12 Times Roman, keywords, corresponding author, etc.). We currenly accept papers only in Adobe Acorbat PDF file format.

PAGE CHARGE - Effective January 1, 2009 IEEE Systems Journal will implement a page limit policy. Each paper is limited to a maximum of 10 pages of the journal. Up to 8 final pages will be complementary and the 2 allowable extra pages will cost $150 per page. This payment will come with your proofs when your paper is in press. This policy will give a chance to many more authors around the world to contribute to ISJ.

2. In order to submit paper, you will need to log in. If you do not have a username/password, please register username to upload the paper.

3. Once logged in, you will see a link to upload your paper.
